Mining operations, mill maintenance, underground construction, shutdowns and turnarounds. You'll be doing actual heavy-industry work. Not light commercial or repeat maintenance calls.

We’re currently hiring for two roles.
Welder / Fabricator
About the Role
You'll be welding and fabricating on active mine sites, mill floors, and surface construction projects across Northern Ontario. Work ranges from structural and pipe welding in the field to custom fabrication, with underground work on some scopes.
We need someone who knows how to execute cleanly on a real mine site: outdoors, in tight spaces, to code, when the conditions aren't perfect. If you've done it at depth or on an active surface mine, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Structural welding on surface and underground construction projects
- Pipe welding: carbon and stainless, various diameters
- Custom fabrication from drawings or field measurements
- Field repairs on equipment and process infrastructure
- Fit-up, tack, and final weld on multi-pass joints
- Working with the crew on shutdowns and turnarounds
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman welder (309A) with proven field experience
- Experience with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW. GTAW an asset.
- Pipe and structural welding experience on mine sites or heavy industry
- Ability to read and work from welding drawings and WPS
- Comfortable working outdoors and in active mine-site environments
- Confined space entry or working at heights certification is an asset
- Valid driver's licence
Industrial Millwright
About the Role
You'll be doing mill maintenance, machinery installation, and mechanical work on mining and industrial operations throughout Northern Ontario. Work includes planned maintenance programs as well as emergency breakdowns and equipment commissioning.
This is hands-on mechanical work with real accountability. You'll be responsible for getting equipment running correctly the first time, in environments that can't afford repeat failures.
What You'll Do
- Mill maintenance: conveyors, crushers, screens, fans, pumps
- Machinery installation and precision alignment (laser and dial)
- Bearing installation and replacement
- Gearbox service, couplings, and drivetrain work
- Equipment commissioning and startup checks
- Underground mechanical work on mine infrastructure
- Shutdown and turnaround execution
What We’re Looking For
- 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) ticket. Required.
- Experience in mining, pulp & paper, or heavy industrial environments
- Laser alignment experience (Fixturlaser, Pruftechnik, or equivalent)
- Comfortable reading mechanical drawings and OEM manuals
- Able to work in confined spaces, at heights, and underground
- Valid driver's licence
